I was back in Ithaca NY visiting old friends, in between getting pathetically drunk and shot down by every girl on the face of the earth I managed to fit some tagging in. So I wanted to wait to post this until the large scale wheat paste that I’m planning to make out of this is done and posted up somewhere in Brooklyn but I’m just kind of too excited to show you guys. I’ll come back and update this post once there are pics of this on the streets. So yea I drew Beebop from Ninja Turtles as gross as I could… was going for the old school MAD BALS look. Also I’m pretty happy with how well the coloring came out because I don’t really color this detailed often. Plus I only have my laptop so i did this all with just my built in mouse pad on my laptop… i should prolly buy a tablet and learn how to use it soon ha. I usually like to wait until a work is completely done before making a post about it so that why this blog isn’t updated everyday but I’m making art and new projects nonstop… so if you’d like to see more work in progress stuff and more just like sketches follow me on Twitter and like my Facebook fan page… I’m really active on twitter… maybe too much lol.

Things have been pretty rough for the DEATH BEAR since moving to Brooklyn. After a break up, some fist fights, and a bunch of self loathing later I found myself at a pretty low point in my life. Just when shit was looking the bleakest the good news started rolling in.
Nothing is 100% confirmed yet and I’ll post new info on my TWITTER and FACEBOOK PAGE when it comes out… but I’m currently in talks with 1xrun.com to make limited edition stencils, Domestic Apparel Projects for a new t-shirt design, NY Comic Con about a booth next year, and hopefully an art opening on the West Coast. Its crazy how fast things can turn around. If you want something, you have to DO WORK and take it. TAG UNTIL THEY KNOW YOU!

I drew this bear in my notebook in between checking I.D.’s at work, when I got home I got my light table out and traced it from my notebook to a sticker. Thought the transition from idea, doodle, to tag was pretty hip.
I’ve had these sticker tags done for a few and I just haven’t had a chance to throw them up yet. I was going to post them up last night but when my alarm rang I turned my phone off and went back to cuddling with my overly hawt girlfriend (priorities) ha. So I just recently moved out of Ithaca, and to Brooklyn. I’ve been busy looking for a new bouncing gig, doing freelance animation work, and starting a new promotion to book electro shows. I’m very, very excited to start blowing up in the street art world now that I’m here though. My goal, be as well known as Neck Face… I think that would be enough for me to be happy ha. I’ve got some epic stuff planned, but in the meantime here are some quickies I threw up the other night in Williamsburg
